Hi there, I'm Anna, originally from Austria but now living across the globe. For over a decade, I've been deeply engaged in the fields of nutrition and exercise.
My journey into the world of nutrition officially began in 2016 when I started my degree in Nutritional Science in Vienna. Over time, I discovered a passion for gut health. Despite maintaining a very healthy diet and having no food intolerances, I frequently experienced bloating, digestive issues, and skin rashes. These challenges led me to explore various dietary approaches, from low carb and vegetarian to vegan and intermittent fasting. What have I learned from this journey? There isn't a single diet that works for everyone – nutrition is highly individual!
In 2022, I traveled to India to deeply study the principles of Ayurveda and Yoga. This understanding of the connection between body, mind and soul has given me a new perspective on nutrition. It showed me that on the one hand it is extremely important to provide the body with the right nutrients, but that on the other hand, it is also very important to ground yourself, reduce stress and focus on a holistic approach, especially when it comes to gut health.
