Hi, I'm Anna, nutritionist, gut and yoga enthusiast.

I not only work with the current condition of the individual, but also look for the roots, so that the condition is not only improved, but also lived in the long term.

How I work

In my work as a nutritionist, a scientifically sound approach is essential. It ensures that we can rely on valid information, data and statements, explain the world and our existence in it and thus find a standardised basis for our views. But then there is also the inexplicable. That which can only be sensed, creates miracles and brings magic into our everyday lives. Science and spirituality are not mutually exclusive, they complement each other. And we can benefit enormously from both in our lives.
