Hi, I'm Anna, nutritionist, gut and yoga enthusiast.

Do you know what gets in the way of most people on their way to a healthier and happier self? The feeling that everything is difficult and tedious. I promise you: it can also be easy. The right guidance, personalised concepts and the right steps will make the journey to change easy!

Nutritional science meets yoga, gut health and mindfulness. A mix that complements each other perfectly and starts where people can be helped most effectively and sustainably. To achieve this, I not only work with the current condition of the individual, but also look for the roots, so that the condition is not only improved, but also lived in the long term.

How I work

In my work as a nutritionist, a scientifically sound approach is essential. It ensures that we can rely on valid information, data and statements, explain the world and our existence in it and thus find a standardised basis for our views. But then there is also the inexplicable. That which can only be sensed, creates miracles and brings magic into our everyday lives. Science and spirituality are not mutually exclusive, they complement each other. And we can benefit enormously from both in our lives.

My training lasts 8, 12 or 16 weeks. Depending on your current situation, we will decide together which programme length is best for you. During this time, I will be your faithful companion, taking you by the hand and guiding you.
